The Roasted Chile started with the love of Southwestern culture; the landscape, artwork, photography and amazing flavors. As we mastered the craft of perfectly roasting and preserving southwestern flavor we decided to share our local favorites with the rest of Arizona which has a large diversity visitors and tourism near and far.
We are dedicated to delivering freshly Roasted Chiles, as well as other roasted vegetables and salsa packs. Our Green Chile-tomatillo enchiladas, world famous Green Chile Lemonade, and our Chile Relleno Bake are currently available at our local farmer's markets, and will be available online soon. The Roasted Chile strides on providing first-rate customer service.
